Online registration

Open the online registration form on this site; fill in student and parent details and upload required documents; pay the registration fee online; and receive a confirmation email with your registration number.

Steps to follow

A guided four-stage process that gives families the time and clarity they deserve.

Enquiry & Registration

Begin by filling out the online registration form for Session 2027–28. Collect the prospectus from the school office or download it from our website. A non-refundable registration fee is payable at the time of submission.

Interaction & Assessment

Parents and the child are invited for a friendly interaction with our admission team. For Class I and above, a brief age-appropriate written assessment in English, Hindi and Mathematics is conducted.

What this stage includes, parent–child interaction, age-appropriate assessment, campus walk-through.

Offer & Confirmation

Successful candidates receive a formal offer of admission. Confirmation is completed by submitting required documents and paying the admission and term fees within the stipulated timeline.

Orientation & Welcome

Newly admitted families attend a structured orientation programme. Students meet their class teachers, tour their classrooms and receive their books and ID cards before the session begins.

Eligibility

Age criteria for Session 2027–28

Age is calculated as on 31st March 2026. We follow the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education and the Right to Education Act, with no compromise on the cut-off dates.

What to bring

  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Student, Mother and Father
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Passport size photo of the Student, Mother and Father.
  • Photocopy of Family ID
  • Photocopy of marksheet of the class in which last appeared. (If already received, submit along with admission form; if final exam/result is awaited, submit after receiving from the previous school.)

Questions Parents Ask

Frequently asked questions

What is the age criteria for Nursery admission?

The child must be 3 years of age or above as on 31st March 2026. Original birth certificate is mandatory at the time of registration.

Is there an entrance test for Nursery?

No formal test is conducted for Nursery, LKG and UKG. We invite the child and parents for an informal interaction to understand the child's readiness for school.

How can I pay the registration fee?

The registration fee can be paid online during form submission or through demand draft / cash at the school office during working hours.

Is transport available for all areas of Faridabad?

Yes, VMPS operates a fleet of GPS-enabled buses covering all major sectors of Faridabad and parts of South Delhi. Routes are confirmed at the time of admission.

Are there any sibling or alumni concessions?

VMPS gives priority to siblings of existing students and to children of alumni, subject to seat availability and meeting the admission criteria.

What is the medium of instruction?

English is the primary medium of instruction. Hindi and Sanskrit are taught as additional languages from Class I onwards.

Offline registration

Visit the school reception during admission hours; collect and complete the printed registration form; submit documents and the registration fee at the desk; and carry home an acknowledgement slip with your registration number.
