Late Nikunj Lohia was a visionary educator and the founder of Vidya Mandir Public School in Sector 15A, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey in education. Under his leadership, along with Vidya Mandir, the roots of Vidya Niketan School in NIT 2 were laid, followed by the establishment of Manaskriti, all driven by his singular goal: to provide accessible education to all.
Despite being a successful businessman, Mr. Lohia believed that education was a universal right that should not impose financial burdens on students. His vision was not limited to academics; he aimed to create an environment where students could develop holistically. This included nurturing their personalities, creativity, analytical thinking, and overall experiential learning, with a strong emphasis on sports and co-curricular activities.
Mr. Lohia was deeply affectionate towards children and was always clear about his mission. His legacy lives on through the institutions he founded, where his belief in the transformative power of education continues to inspire generations of learners. His efforts ensured that education could be imparted without discrimination, making a lasting impact on society.
